15 Mar 2007 - TRIDENT REPORT MARCH 2007
1st EYNSFORD & FARNINGHAM SCOUT & GUIDE GROUP

It’s been another busy month for all the sections in the Group.
The Beavers highlight of the month was their annual toss the pancake competition that, as always was hotly contested!
The Cubs have been busy making stilts, and also had a visit from a Pet as Therapy dog and handler.
The Scouts and Explorer Scouts have also been busy taking part a year long challenge competition to complete 100 Scouting challenges in the calendar year. The most recent was bubble making - and yes like the song they did fade and die!”

SAINSBURY’S ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS UPDATE!
Many thanks to everyone who has been donating their Sainsbury’s Active Kids vouchers to the Group. The collection box is filling up nicely we now nearly have 1000 vouchers, however we need more! If you have some to donate to the Scout Group and can’t get to the Scout Hall to drop them off, you can always put them in an envelope addressed to the Group or myself and leave them in the 5 Bells for collection! I honestly don’t mind popping in there to collect them!
The outlook for March is for even more excitement, fun and activities starting with our Red Nose Trading Post Challenge and Domino Rally on the 17th. As this will have taken place by the time you read this you will be able to find out how much we raised for this worthy cause next month.
